Your Role: As a vital member of our compassionate team, you will enrich the lives of our residents by:
- Attentively monitoring patients throughout their treatment, creating a warm and reassuring atmosphere.
- Performing routine checks on patients' vital signs with care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Supporting patients in adhering to their medication regimen, building trust and reliability.
- Collaborating effectively with RNs and other medical team members, contributing to a cohesive healthcare environment.
- Fostering strong connections with patients' families, ensuring open communication and a supportive network.
Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license in the state.
- Compassionate and nurturing demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
