Position Summary:     

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will manage trading partner implementations and support instances requiring partner involvement and act as the primary technical resource between the client and their partner. You will work closely with 3PL warehouses and carriers to resolve complex issues, ensure seamless collaboration, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:       

  • Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration, while managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met. 
  • Conduct complex tasks independently with minimal supervision, using wide latitude for judgment, and consult with clients to understand their business objectives and operational needs. 
  • Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling issues. 
  • Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by staying current with emerging products and technical updates. 

Location:     

In this hybrid role, you will be required to work onsite from our Minneapolis office two days per week.    

Required Qualifications:    

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a master's degree, including 3+ years in account management, relationship management, or product management. 
  • Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers is desired. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers. 

What We Offer:

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. 

The annual salary range for this role is: $77,300 - $90,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
