The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:
RTX has an opening for an Sr. Manager,Ariba/MDG Data Leader (Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation) position.
Exciting Opportunity
The Ariba/MDG Data Leader is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of SLP/MDG solution in our Ariba-MDG- S/4 landscape.
This role's primary responsibilities will include S4/4 Hana Business Partner Solution delivery, MDG BP processes, Ariba SLP integrations, Data Migration, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management and communication across the organization. The leader will work closely with various business units and technical teams to implement and optimize data maintenance practices, ensuring that the Business Partner design aligns with enterprise data strategies and business objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Data Solution Delivery:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of the Business Partner solution within the MDG S/4 Hana platform, ensuring best practices in data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with Business Sources to Pay teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet enterprise data management goals.
- Ensure that technical standards are consistently applied across the MDG SAP S/4 platform to support data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and direction on platform development, project execution, and day-to-day operations.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between business users, data stewards, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on data governance priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote platform adoption and data governance awareness across the organization.
- Data Quality & Compliance:
- Implement data quality monitoring and reporting tools within the SAP MDG and Ariba SLP platform, ensuring that data governance metrics are tracked and reported effectively.
- Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure that the platform adheres to data privacy regulations and security standards, such as GDPR or industry-specific requirements.
- Partner with all Business representatives on data quality, data cleansing and data migration activities.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve data quality, identifying and resolving data-related issues across master data domains.
- Provide weekly status reports and lead work sessions with Business representatives.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, best practices, and SAP S/4 Hana updates.
- Minimum 10+ years SAP MDG experience with focus on Business partners, SLP integrations, Data Migration and MDG configuration experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
- Experience in SAP MDG, S2P related business processes and with SLP Ariba integrations.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA MM module and SAP MDG, Data migration and reporting.
- Experience with requirement gathering, process workflow creations, user story dispositions and handling RAID items.
- Knowledge of MDG, SAP BW and Data
- SAP certifications in S/4 Hana MM, MDG or other related areas.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
