Job Description: We are looking for a Sr. Performance Tester to support IRS projects. The role involves designing and executing performance, load, and stress testing for large-scale IRS applications. The tester will analyze results, identify system bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations to ensure scalability and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and run performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
• Monitor system metrics and analyze application performance under load.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts on performance requirements.
• Document results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with IRS standards and federal guidelines.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of performance testing experience.
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation and test data prep.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud environments and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
