Compensation

• Hourly Pay Rate: $69-$72
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2500-$2600/week

Dialysis RN Job Details

• Location: Trenton, New Jersey (may float between RMC and Hopewell campuses)
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Shift Duration: 12-hour evening shifts (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend (Friday & Saturday)
• On-Call: 2 weeks per contract (weeknights 11 PM–7 AM, weekends 24 hours)
• Dialysis Equipment: Braun dialysis machines
• Uniform: Navy blue scrubs required
• Flu Vaccine: Mandatory (no exemptions)

Dialysis Nurse Qualifications

• Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (valid at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of dialysis RN experience (acute and chronic dialysis required)
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred

Dialysis RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dialysis nursing care to patients using Braun dialysis machines
• Float between RMC and Hopewell campuses as needed
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies
