Job Description:
The Data Scientist will build and deploy predictive models to drive personalization, optimize marketing outcomes, and support data-driven business growth in a fast-paced, unstructured data environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Build and deploy predictive and behavioral models using Python and SQL
  • Analyze large, unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights
  • Develop scalable data models to support offer and content personalization
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions
  • Communicate findings clearly and defend analytical assumptions and results
Requirements:
  • Must-Haves:
    • 3-5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL
    • Proven experience building and deploying predictive models
    • Strong background in statistical modeling and analysis
    • Comfort working in unstructured or imperfect data environments
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience using Databricks
    • Background supporting marketing or customer analytics use cases
