Summary: The Treasury Analyst will be an active contributor to the Corporate Treasury Department at Chromalloy, working with the Senior Treasury Analyst on all aspects of Treasury and supporting Treasury initiatives as they arise.

Onsite role - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or Orangeburg, NY

Job Duties:

• Cash Management
  
  • Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts
  • Execute wire transfers, ACH payments and intercompany funding
  • Short-term investments and borrowings.
    
• Cashflow Forecasting Process
  

• • Provide support to Senior Management with 13-Week Cash Flow Report
  • Work with other departments to refine forecasting models
    
  
  

• Banking Relationships
  

• • Serve as liaison with financial institutions
  • Open and close bank accounts; manage banking documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC)
    
  
  

• Treasury Operations
  

• • Support daily treasury transactions and ensure proper settlement
  • Maintain treasury systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes
    
  
  

• Debt Management
  

• • Track and report on company debt and compliance with loan covenants.
  • Assist in execution of debt issuances or renewals
    
  
  

• Letters of Credit
  

• • Managing the issuance/Amendments/Closures of L/Cs
  • Maintain database for all Letters of Credit
  • Monitor banking fees and services
    
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounting preferred)
• 1-2 + years of Treasury, Finance or related experience
• Banking experience, either direct or through private industry
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with financial systems/software a plus (i.e.: Trovata, BOA and BNY banking) platforms)
• Must have a continuous improvement mindset
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
