Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen with Active Secret Clearance, NACI Baer is looking for Senior Business Architect for a 6 month Federal remote project. Title: Senior Business Architect Location: Remote Duration: 6 months with possible extension. Rate: Hourly Alignment: W2 or C2C Description: * Analyze organizational processes and design integrated business and system architectures. * Assess the current business state and define future-state solutions that align with enterprise goals. * Evaluate business models, identify customer requirements, and develop data-driven recommendations. * Partner with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with technology initiatives. * Research, gather, and synthesize information to support modernization and process improvement efforts. * Lead and facilitate stakeholder discussions to drive clarity, alignment, and execution. Requirements: * Experience with legacy Defense client FMO systems. Must have FIABS, SMAS. * Strong understanding of legacy interface modernization and system integration. * Proven leadership and communication skills. * Ability to analyze business operations and design efficient, scalable systems. * Experience assessing business models and aligning them with technology solutions. * Certifications or training related to Business Architecture. * Experience with Oracle EBS or other large-scale ERP implementations. * Candidates with Secret Clearance (SC) or NACI process preferred. * Bachelor's Degree required.
