Job Description:
  • The .NET Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, cloud-based applications.
  • This role includes providing technical direction, guiding development teams, and ensuring alignment with best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, web-based applications using .NET (including .NET 8).
  • Lead technical development efforts and serve as the primary escalation point for development issues.
  • Drive architecture discussions, code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements.
  • Manage distributed development teams and coordinate with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
  • Oversee agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and releases.
  • Provide regular project status updates and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Modernize legacy systems and create reusable components and development standards.
  • Evaluate and mitigate technical risks; identify opportunities for performance and process improvements.
  • Collaborate on UX/UI improvements and adhere to user-centered design principles.
  • Integrate with APIs, microservices, and data-driven back-end systems.
  • Work on projects involving AI integrations and secure handling of sensitive data (e.g., PII).
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience (Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL).
  • Demonstrated expertise with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures).
  • 5+ years managing software projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall.
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure-based development and Agile practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps/project tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Exposure to AI technologies and integration of AI services into applications.
Should Have:
  • Experience with middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience working with secure applications and sensitive data (PII).
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems with .NET 8 and cloud technologies.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of microservices and API-first architectures.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and user-centered design.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
