As the Recreation Supervisor, you will: Plan, schedule, and supervise a wide variety of recreation programs and services for youth, adults, and senior adults, including classes, special events, and facility operations. Supervisor recreation programs delivered by City staff, independent contractors, or third-party organizations, including registration, fee collection, facility scheduling, and distribution/collection of uniforms and equipment. Recruit, contract, and evaluate independent instructors and volunteers; ensure all background checks, contracts, insurance, and financial agreements are properly administered. Supervise the allocation and scheduling of recreation facilities; monitor usage and generate related reports.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Leisure Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recreational programming, facility management, or related administrative duties.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
  • Must possess valid class C driver's license.
