Jordan Ford is looking for a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Senior Master Technician Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more
- Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
- Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems
- Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings, estimates, and repair timelines
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through Ford certification programs and technical bulletins
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work area
- Support less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environment
Senior Master Technician Qualifications
- Certifications: Ford or Lincoln Certification is required
- Hybrid & EV Certifications required
- Experience: 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, service software, and repair procedures
- Work Ethic: Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
- Communication: Able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate and assist with shop-wide goals
- License: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
