Stadium Operations Internship- 2026 Summer

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working individuals to join our front office team in the 2026 season This position would work within the a stadium/grounds department.
Internships can be done for college credit and are paid positions. Positions run from May 2026 to September 2026 (some flexibility for school schedule available).
Stadium Operations Internship Role:
This position will assist in all maintenance activities of a professional baseball stadium. Other duties will include overseeing Fan Service Representatives, parking lot attendants, and basic cleaning activities around the stadium.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the stadium
- Help with setting up and collecting money for fan parking
- Keep restrooms stocked and concourse tidy during games
- Cleaning up the stands after games or events
- Work with Fan Service Representatives to help the fan experience
- Oversee gameday staff and cleaning crew
- Assist in game and batting practice set up and tear down
- Cleans dugouts, shop area and other stadium areas as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs. and should be pursuing a two- or four-year degree in sport management, business administration, or related field. Prior baseball experience is preferred but not required. This position requires the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Flexibility and adaptability is required. Adherence to company handbook and policies is required.
