INTERCARE is excited to announce that we are hiring for entry-level positions

Compensation: $19.25 - $23.00 per hour - Full time, Part time

What We Are Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in working with children.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Previous experience with children is preferred.
  • Availability from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, auto registration, and auto insurance are essential.
  • Proof of immunization records and TB test required.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, occasionally run, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach above head, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to engage in play that may occur on the floor or in child-sized environments.
  • Attentiveness to the child's safety and surroundings is paramount.
  • Readiness for quick and sudden movements as required.
  • Sustained physical activity for up to 45 minutes may be necessary.
