We are looking for part time and full time therapists to work with children (ages 5 to 17) in our Private Practice. Our ideal candidate should be available for in-person sessions at our College Park, MD office, with some virtual availability as well. While we are particularly interested in therapists who work with children and adolescents, there are also opportunities to support adults and groups.
The duties of the position include:
- Provide counseling to children and adolescents
- Provide counseling to adults, families, and couples as needed
- Conduct assessments
- Complete clinical documentation
- Facilitate workshops for clients (optional)
- Correspond with clients on a regular basis
- Clinical counseling experience
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
- Experience conducting assessments
- Experience facilitating workshops - desired
- A current State of Maryland Clinical Counseling/Social Work license. (LCPC or LCSW-C) (Required)
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience providing counseling services.
- Part-time/Full-time Independent Contractor (1099)
- Part-time/Full-time W2 employee
- Semi-monthly or Monthly
- People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Flexible (as needed)

This is a remote position.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $45.00 - $72.00 per hour

We provide our services in all settings spanning across our office, schools/universities, and workplace settings.
Our behavioral health counseling services include services to individuals, couples, and families. Our licensed therapists counsel children, adolescents, college students, and adults; and address mental health concerns and areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, race-related stress, marital and relationship conflicts, managing life transitions, and parenting challenges. We provide organizational consulting and training services to educational organizations, corporations, non-profits, and government agencies.
