Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (Male Only) Location: Ashburn, VA (20147) Duration: 29 Weeks Schedule: 09:15 AM - 04:45 PM Pay: $25/hr Job Summary: "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Personal Care Assistant for an exciting job in Ashburn, VA. Responsibilities: Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding). Support mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices. Provide behavioral and emotional support for individuals with developmental or mental health conditions. Help students stay engaged and follow IEPs/BIPs. Document and report behaviors, progress, and safety concerns. Maintain a clean, safe environment; assist with light housekeeping and meal prep. Accompany clients/students to activities or appointments. Qualifications: Compassionate, patient, and able to follow care plans. Strong communication and de-escalation skills. Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility. Reliable and professional. Preferred: Experience with special education, behavioral health, PCA/HHA/paraprofessional roles, and CPR/First Aid.
