A New Jersey-based services company is actively seeking a new HR Associate for a great contract-to-hire opportunity in Parsippany.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite)
- Handling a high volume of inbound HR calls
- Researching and resolving HR issues
- Guiding employees through HR processes
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- 1-5 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with HR technologies
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in Shared Services environments
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in Google Suite
