THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Customer Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring top-notch food quality and customer service. You will lead our team by maintaining a well-organized workspace and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. This role requires you to be active and engaged, ready to assist with various tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensure that delicious, high-quality food is consistently served to our customers.
Address any food quality concerns promptly and effectively.
Promote food safety by overseeing hand washing, glove usage, peak time monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols.
Resolve customer issues and strive to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Oversee crew schedules, break management, and shift transitions.
Initiate and develop training programs for front-of-house Crew members.
Assist in evaluating Crew members’ performance.
Nurture the next generation of Service Leaders.
Help with administrative tasks, including cash handling and paperwork.
Maintain office equipment and manage supply orders as needed.
Ensure an adequate supply of necessary materials for smooth operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
A solid understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
Experience and knowledge of cash handling practices.
Awareness of food safety standards and regulations.
Familiarity with office management tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used in the workplace.
A high school diploma is required.
Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The base pay range for this position is $19.35 to $21.53 per hour, along with the potential for digital tips. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, and education levels. Chipotle provides a competitive benefits package. For more information, please check our benefits page.
