Be the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Aspiried to Be

• Your impactful journey involves:
• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as the vital liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts.
• Monitoring and managing staff, including providing feedback, evaluations, and performance counseling.
• Taking on patient care as needed and building meaningful relationships by understanding their holistic needs for successful recovery.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification, with ACLS certification to be acquired within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year after meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or in a lead capacity, with responsibilities including interim reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff results.
