Physical Therapist (PRN) – Flexible Hours, High Pay, No OASIS Location: Baltimore County & Baltimore City, MD Pay: $85–$110 per visit

The Role Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from auto accidents, workplace injuries, and everyday orthopedic issues. Cases are grouped by ZIP to minimize drive time.

$85–$110 per visit

Flexible PRN scheduling — ideal hours 11:00–7:00 PM

No OASIS documentation

Caseload in Baltimore City and Baltimore County

Opportunities to transition to full-time

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home evaluations & follow-up treatments

Create personalized treatment plans for orthopedic/neuromuscular conditions

Document visits quickly & accurately (no OASIS)

Collaborate with care team and build lasting patient relationships

Requirements

Maryland PT license in good standing

1+ year of clinical experience (outpatient, home health, or ortho preferred)

Strong communication & clinical skills

Reliable transportation; comfortable working independently
