We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Providence Mount St. Vincent.

We have Full-time and Part-time positions available across all shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Variable).

Internally represented caregivers are encouraged to apply for preferred shifts and statuses.

Job Overview:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, quality care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

About the Department:

Our Transitional Care Unit supports patients recovering from significant medical challenges in a nurturing environment. We guide patients post-hospitalization through their recovery journey, preparing them for their return home. This interdisciplinary team excels in managing complex medical needs, including fracture care, wound management, IV therapy, and more, all in a comfortable and supportive setting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • 1 year of recent experience in a healthcare role, such as Health Unit Coordinator or similar experience.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $26.12

Placement within the pay range will be determined by relevant experience and applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials and bonus opportunities.
