Are you ready to take your nursing leadership skills to the next level? As a Nursing Staff Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Nursing Staff Office operates smoothly and efficiently, all while guiding and supporting a motivated team.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma

Preferred:

  • College degree preferred
  • Prior staffing/medical office experience along with supervisory responsibility strongly recommended

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift: Day (10-hour shifts, 4 days per week)
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Status: Full Time
  • Hours: 37.5

Essential Functions:

  • Directly manage the activities of the Medical Center's Staffing Office.
  • Oversee ongoing training needs for staffing coordinators to ensure a skilled team.
  • Uphold and promote the Medical Center's standards of behavior, including phone etiquette, timekeeping, and more.
  • Ensure that staff members are well-trained in securing timely and cost-effective replacement personnel.
  • Provide dedicated support and direction to staffers.
  • Monitor staffing effectiveness and maintain personnel compliance with Medical Center policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of Nursing Management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the success of the team.
