Your Responsibilities:

  • Observe and report on Resident health statuses

  • Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bed baths and grooming

  • Prepare meal trays and document food and fluid intake

  • Assist Residents with feeding and serve nutritional supplements

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of Residents' spaces

  • Transport Residents within the facility with care

  • Turn bedridden Residents regularly to aid in preventing bedsores

  • Maintain confidentiality of all Resident and facility information

Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program

  • Current CNA State Certification in good standing
