Job Summary and Responsibilities
Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. Practice Highlights:
- 100% outpatient practice with a dedicated medical assistant for each provider

- RN triage support during after-hours and weekends
- Internal pharmacy department for daily refills
- Marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community
- Student loan assistance
- Excellent earning potential with a guaranteed salary of $250,000-$280,000 for the first two years
- Generous sign-on bonus (up to $120K) and relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance & more
- Visa sponsorship can be considered
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
