As a Dining Establishment General Manager, you will oversee a multi-million dollar business with complete operational and financial responsibility for your Taco Bell unit. Your inspiring leadership will motivate your team to deliver excellent service and uphold operational excellence, embodying our brand's values every day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Overall Leadership and Management: Guide your team to achieve outstanding operational performance while embracing our brand values.
- Train and Motivate Employees: Foster development within your team to ensure exceptional service and adherence to Taco Bell standards.
