Shift/Pay:

  • 8am – 4:30pm, Mon – Fri 
  • $18/hr 

High Reach Forklift Operator Job Duties:

  • Operate Crown high reach forklift to move, lift, and place product within high-bay racking systems (approx. 85% of daily work)
  • Safely transport pallets to and from designated storage locations
  • Load and unload trucks using the sit down forklift. 
  • Perform inventory handling tasks, including scanning, labeling, and updating warehouse management system
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections on the reach truck and sit down lifts and reporting any mechanical issues 
  • Assist with order picking, replenishment, and put-away activities as needed
  • Support general warehouse operations, including pallet wrapping, staging, or manual handling where required. 

High Reach Forklift Operator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recent experience operating a high-reach forklift (Crown preferred)
  • Proficiency with warehouse racking systems and high-bay storage environments
  • Ability to perform order picking with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong safety awareness and understanding of OSHA warehouse safety standards
  • Demonstrated ability to be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Longevity (2-3 years at previous employers) in your work history
