Contract ServiceNow Engineer - AI Risk & Compliance Initiative

Our client is launching a brand-new AI Use Case Inventory and Risk Assessment process-a critical initiative to ensure their AI deployments are ethical, responsible, and compliant. We are seeking a results-driven ServiceNow Engineer to support this effort on a contract basis.

Role Overview

In this role, you will configure ServiceNow workflows, integrate with the client's AI inventory platform (Credo.AI), and work closely with stakeholders across Security, Compliance, Privacy, Finance, and various business units. This is a high-impact project shaping how AI is managed and governed enterprise-wide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows to support AI use case processes
  • Integrate ServiceNow with Credo.AI via API
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements
  • Collaborate with the technical lead to deliver scalable, low-tech-debt solutions
Technologies & Skills
  • Core Tools: ServiceNow, Credo.AI (API)
  • Helpful: Python, SQL
  • Transferable: API integrations, enterprise workflow configuration
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in workflow/configuration-heavy roles
  • Strong execution focus with the ability to anticipate scalability and technical debt issues
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
