Job Description
  • Lead and manage all phases of healthcare renovation projects, from planning through close-out.
  • Oversee $15M+ projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction project management, with recent experience in healthcare renovations.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($15M+) in hospital or clinical environments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, scheduling platforms).
  • Ability to work onsite in Miami-Dade.
