- 12 Years of technofunctional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of Core HR CelebrateAbsence Management
- Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM Knowlege of OIC to facilitate intergration analysis and design Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
- Review of functional design functional testing functional configuration review integration testing reports validation data conversion validation Testing
- Experience to Perform testing and coridnate with users to perform testing Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
- Executing test cases in DEV and SIT Documenting test results Reporting test results Data Conversion Perform data validation
- Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion Integrations
- Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis EndtoEnd Integrationp testing Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations
- Provide support in training on all HCM modules
