Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to support our dietary services department. This role plays an important part in ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service
  • Deliver and retrieve meal trays in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Wash dishes and safely operate kitchen equipment
  • Follow dietary guidelines, food safety, and infection control standards
  • Support the dietary team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Prior dietary or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Friendly and respectful when interacting with residents and staff
  • Ability to meet health, background, and screening requirements
  • Weekend availability required (not every weekend)
