Your Career
We are looking for an experienced Senior Principal Product Strategy Manager to lead the product strategy, development, and deployment of our advanced B2B Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system. Reporting to the VP, IT GTM Product Management, you will play a crucial role in transforming our 2000-person sales organization by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Your Impact
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive, long-term vision for the CPQ system that aligns with corporate objectives and drives cultural change.
• Create a detailed product roadmap to ensure strategic initiatives are executed timely while balancing immediate business needs with long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define and maintain Go-To-Market (GTM) application roadmaps, focusing on automation, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Oversee the development of a GTM data strategy for accuracy and reliability, supporting growth initiatives.
• Stay adaptable by anticipating industry trends and the needs of our sales team.
• Build relationships across the organization, effectively communicating progress and managing expectations.
• Identify system and process inefficiencies and promote advanced technological solutions that enhance ROI and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize performance continuously.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and yield significant value.
• Facilitate the integration and delivery of IT systems, aligning with project management methodologies.
• Manage the development and maintenance of Salesforce and other critical internal applications in line with business goals and sales team requirements.
• Collaborate with the Enablement team to provide ongoing user training, maximizing the CPQ system's potential.
• Keep up with industry trends, recommending technologies for scalability and competitive differentiation.

Your Experience
Must Have:

• 12+ years of experience with 4+ years post-MBA, including 2 years in management consulting or a strategic tech role related to GTM.
• Proven expertise in Go-To-Market systems, managing high-impact technology projects in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash applications within the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least one full implementation cycle of Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch product strategy to executive leadership.

Preferred:

• Experience in program management with large-scale transformations.
• Ability to collaborate with regional teams and external vendors to create impactful solutions.
• Familiarity with software project management processes, including requirement gathering and change management.
• Proactive self-starter excited about high-growth environments.

Compensation Disclosure
The salary for this position depends on qualifications and experience, with a starting base salary expected between $216000 - $298000/YR. Additional compensation may include restricted stock units and bonuses.
