Custom Frame Specialist

Job Overview
Hobby Lobby is on the lookout for organized and passionate individuals to join our team as Custom Frame Specialists. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are reliable and eager to build a fulfilling career with us. As an exciting and dynamic upscale retail chain, Hobby Lobby offers a diverse range of art and craft supplies, home accents, seasonal merchandise, and custom framing services.
We currently have a full-time position available with store hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and we are closed on Sundays.
Starting full-time pay range: $20.15 - $21.15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and manage supplies
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet framing deadlines efficiently
- Frame art, needlework, and cross-stitch projects
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of Fine Arts
- Experience in custom molding for picture framing
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with merchandise display
- Basic computer skills
- Trustworthiness and dependability
- Previous work references
