About the Role
This is a key support position ( 30 hours per week or so ) inside a growing insurance agency. You will be the voice and heartbeat of the operation-supporting clients, organizing workflows, and helping keep the agency running smoothly.

What You'll Do
• Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
• Handle service needs: forms, follow-ups, billing questions, document collection
• Take clear, detailed notes in the system
• Prioritize and organize tasks without constant oversight
• Pivot calls to the agent when needed for sales conversations
• Maintain a high-standards, hospitality-driven service experience
• Keep things moving-no dropped balls, no missed details
• Protect the agency's time by getting answers and gathering information from customers efficiently

• Comfortable using multiple computer systems

Huge plus:
• Experience working for a State Farm agent in the last 90 days
(If so, you may qualify for a $500 skills-transfer bonus after 60 days.)
This ensures you already understand the new system and can hit the ground running.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
