**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is a 3rd shift outdoor position Monday - Thursday cleaning in our Ramp and surface lots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for employees and visitors. This role helps with snow removal and ice control during the winter months. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward cleaning and maintenance tasks. Must have current driver's license.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including restrooms, stairs, windows and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and recycling procedures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and Gates.
- Respond to emergency cleaning requests and assist with special projects as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
