Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with specialized experience in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on-site in Santa Clara, CA, helping to align Salesforce solutions with business goals. Your expertise will drive the optimization of CPQ and revenue processes in a fully onsite, 6-month contract position with a competitive rate of $90/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ projects.
  • Convert business needs into comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Admins, Developers, and Architects to design and implement scalable Salesforce and CPQ solutions.
  • Oversee pricing, quoting, product configuration, and approval workflows in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Support quote-to-cash processes and ensure effective integration with billing and ERP systems.
  • Create detailed process documentation, workflow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
  • Facilitate UAT testing, training sessions, and deployment support for new features and improvements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to deliver valuable insights to sales and finance teams.
  • Ensure CPQ configurations meet compliance and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong focus on CPQ projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and cross-system integrations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at translating technical concepts into business language.
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) and CPQ Specialist certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
