Key Responsibilities:- Define and uphold quality standards and testing requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage across product features.
- Develop and execute manual testing strategies to assess application functionality, stability, and user experience for web applications and Chrome extensions.
- Lead test planning, design, and execution for features involving complex business logic and architecture.
- Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members, fostering best practices in exploratory, regression, and smoke testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks early and ensure high-quality releases through effective communication.
- Autonomy and ownership of your work.
- Self-driven QA professional capable of thriving in a small, innovative team.
- Proficiency in tracking and identifying bugs, and maintaining QA trackers.
- Ability to solve complex near real-time web engineering challenges focused on quality assurance.
- A passion for technologies that positively impact millions.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed; we are passionate about our work
- An innate enthusiasm for coding, software development, and big data.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience testing modern web applications and Chrome extensions using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience in testing Chrome extensions.
- Integration testing experience with third-party applications like CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong background in testing APIs.
- Experience in testing and automating full feature releases with minimal supervision.
- Extensive experience in complex manual testing.
- Robust experience supporting testing and implementing scalable web services.
