Senior Principal Product Manager

As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and advancing the integration between Follow Up Boss and Zillow. You will spearhead the evolution of our two-way sync, creating a seamless and deeply integrated experience that addresses critical platform challenges such as minimizing onboarding hurdles, enhancing data reliability, and optimizing agent identity. Your contributions will empower leading real estate teams to devote their efforts to client service by transforming outdated complexities into intelligent and scalable solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the strategy and execution of our platform integration with Zillow, working collaboratively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, customer success, and business operations to streamline complex agent workflows and enhance the overall agent experience.
• Craft and oversee the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives, leveraging insights from partners, customers, industry trends, and the technology landscape.
• Convert intricate technical requirements and business constraints into a clear and actionable product vision for cross-functional teams.
• Establish and utilize product metrics to inform business decisions, identify strategic opportunities, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and momentum on critical initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Possess 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, specializing in platform, APIs, data systems, or complex integrations.
• Demonstrate a successful track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering infrastructure-driven initiatives that enhance customer experiences.
• Exhibit a strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to simplify and redesign complex workflows.
• Show proficiency in navigating technical trade-offs in collaboration with engineering teams, aligning those with product strategy.
• Be analytical, curious, and adept at using data to formulate hypotheses and drive decision-making processes.
• Communicate effectively, producing clear documentation, strategy briefs, and updates for stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, taking ownership with a strong sense of accountability.
• Experience with CRM platforms, lead routing systems, or tools catering to real estate professionals is advantageous.
