We are seeking a Full-Time Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our dynamic outpatient faculty team. If you have a passion for primary care medicine and enjoy teaching Residents in a Patient Centered Medical Home practice (PCHM), we want to hear from you

Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree required.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the state.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible status.
- Minimum of three years of experience post-residency.
- Spanish language skills are preferred.
