Roles & Responsibilities
  • Minimum 15 years overall software development experience with at least 10+ years directly working on Salesforce ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Proven hands-on experience architecting complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets), and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex programming, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AppExchange solutions.
  • Expertise with Salesforce integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, external APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies to build scalable, performant solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and release management best practices.
  • Ability to handle data migration, data governance, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations as needed
  • Familiarity with AppExchange marketplace for third-party solutions and the ability to evaluate and leverage these in solution designs.

Must have:
  • Deep Salesforce experience
    They must have at least ten years working inside Salesforce. They must know Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. If they do not have multicloud Salesforce experience they are not a fit.
  • Salesforce architecture background
    They must have designed large and complex Salesforce systems. This means they understand how to structure data how to secure data how to design automations and how the entire platform works end to end.
  • Strong Apex LWC and SOQL skills
    They must be hands on in Apex coding Lightning Web Components and SOQL queries. This is core to this job.
  • Salesforce integrations
    They must have built integrations from Salesforce to other platforms. They must know APIs OAuth MuleSoft event driven patterns and real time data flows.
  • Salesforce DevOps and CI CD
    They must understand deployments version control packaging and release management inside Salesforce. This is often done using tools like Copado or Gearset.
  • Salesforce limits and performance
    They must know governor limits and how to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Data migration and data governance
    They must have experience moving data in and out of Salesforce and maintaining data quality.
  • Certification at architect level
    Application Architect or System Architect is strongly preferred. This is a major indicator that they understand core architecture principles.
  • Experience with AppExchange
    They should know how to evaluate and use third party Salesforce apps.
  • Strong plus
    Experience with digital media or ad tech because the system integrates with ad servers and ad exchanges.
