Verovian Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a high-volume Emergency Department in Newark, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional acute care, stabilize patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Provide acute care and stabilize patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other clinical professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Candidate requirements Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program. Active New Jersey NP/PA license or eligibility to obtain before the start date. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required. BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required. ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) - Preferred but not required. Minimum of 2 years of NP/PA experience in acute or emergency care settings. Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
