Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiological and interventional procedures efficiently and document accurately.
  • Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team including technologists, physicians, and nurses.
  • Evaluate patient conditions to ensure effective procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures and expectations.
  • Provide excellent patient care and maintain a safe environment.
  • Ensure availability of clinical equipment and supplies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge across various patient age groups, including neonatal to geriatric.
  • Proficiently operate equipment within the Interventional Suite.
  • Maintain effective communication with Radiologists and physicians.
  • Participate in staff development and maintain your own professional growth.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associates Degree from an accredited program in radiology.

Experience:

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; one to two years in an acute care setting is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current Medical Radiologic Technologist certification.
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
