Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated Production Line Leaders to join their team. As a Production Line Leader, you will be an integral part of the production management team supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Line Leaders

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $20-24

Shift: 5 Days per week, 8.0 Hours per shift

What's the Job?

  • Assist the Production Leadership team in delivering safety, quality, cost, production, and engagement results.
  • Ensure all associates adhere to safety, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Complete all quality checks accurately and on time.
  • Document and update production reports regularly.
  • Manage the sequence of events for startups, changeovers, and shutdowns efficiently.
What's Needed?
  • Ability to operate machinery and maintain line performance as required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make proper equipment adjustments.
  • Experience in documenting reports and analyzing production data.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate issues and solutions during shifts.
