Are you a compassionate, licensed School Nurse committed to enhancing students' mental health and emotional well-being? E-Therapy is looking for you

Position Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP for the school year
  • Hours: Part-time (24 hours/week)
  • Caseload: 2 students
  • Location: 100% On-site at Richland, WA
  • Compensation: Starting at $43/hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to students with various health needs, including medication administration and emergency care.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings, addressing student health issues and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure individualized health plans for students.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
  • Educate students and families on health promotion and chronic condition management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
  • Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of pediatric health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
