What You’ll Do:

  • Understand and sell Orkin products and services across various industries.
  • Conduct inspections of customer properties and recommend effective pest prevention solutions.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet sales objectives through active prospecting and following up on leads.
  • Utilize innovative marketing strategies to generate new business.
  • Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications:

  • No previous industry experience required; however, sales experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license is a must.
  • Willingness to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification (company-paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and engage with customers effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops safely, including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear personal protective equipment, including, at times, an OSHA-compliant respirator.
  • Adapt to working in various weather conditions.
