Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized graduate program

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
