This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take charge and drive outstanding results. Here’s what you can expect day-to-day:

  • Deliver consistent customer satisfaction by implementing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and putting customer needs first.
  • Supervise Team Members as they complete Shift Excellence tasks while maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
  • Swiftly address and resolve customer complaints, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Provide the General Manager with regular feedback on Team Member performance.
  • Offer ongoing constructive guidance and praise to Team Members.
  • Play an active role in training and onboarding Team Members.
  • Handle conflicts constructively and collaborate with the General Manager for effective resolutions.
  • Assist the General Manager in evaluating Team Member candidates.
  • Contribute to Profit & Loss management through adherence to cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
  • Oversee optimal product preparation processes, including rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
  • Support facility upkeep while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Are you the right fit?

  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, with 3 months of shift leader experience preferred.
  • Ability to adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Access to dependable transportation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 45 lbs as needed.
  • Demonstrated attendance and punctuality.
  • Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Champion Taco Bell's culture and values.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve Team Member performance.
  • Execute shift duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Promote an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure that both teammates and customers enjoy a positive experience.
