Senior Electrical Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and proficient Senior Electrical Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical and design services across a broad range of electrical engineering projects. You will play a pivotal role in producing construction drawings and specifications for diverse client projects, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design process for both large-scale and smaller projects.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate efforts of the design team.
- Engage directly with architects and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Conduct initial project evaluations and prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Produce comprehensive design documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project criteria through rigorous design reviews.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with PE registration.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical design, including expertise in power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and grounding.
- Proficient in conducting coordination and arc flash studies.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code, Building Codes, NFPA Codes, and Energy Codes.
- Experience with federal or municipal government projects, healthcare facilities, or aviation is advantageous but not essential.
- Expertise in REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently to complete tasks.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a valid driver’s license.
