Customer Service Representative - Logistics
Carson, CA | $18.56/hr | 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced logistics team in Carson, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Process orders, track shipments, and provide status updates

  • Communicate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely deliveries

  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
Schedule & Pay:
  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • $18.56 per hour
