Job Responsibilities- Provide top-notch nursing care in post-acute care facilities
- Monitor residents' conditions and report updates to the nursing team
- Check and report on residents' vital signs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety by sanitizing surfaces and changing linens
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and daily living activities
- Reposition and transport residents throughout the facility as necessary
- Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and family members
- Engage with residents regularly to address their needs
- Adhere to care plans and comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Familiarity with medical terminology and nursing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
