About the Position:
- Shift: 2nd (Evening)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15
- Location: Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
- Benefits: Yes
- Sign-On Bonuses: Eligible for $10,000 with distance-based relocation; $2,000 for PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room and maintain a sterile environment.
- Assist with surgical procedures and anticipate the surgeons' needs.
- Transport patients and equipment while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain specialty carts and assist in the setup of surgical instruments.
- Uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique throughout the procedures.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and stressful environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of pushing and pulling with sufficient force.
- Must have functional sight and hearing; utilize protective equipment such as masks and gloves.
