No Previous Experience Required
We are committed to teaching you the essentials of sourcing and supply chain management, including key concepts like mold, MOQ, and OTIF. What we cannot teach is your intrinsic motivation and determination.
What You Will Do
- Forecast inventory levels to ensure we have enough reusable packaging.
- Manage and innovate a circular inventory system that supports our mission.
- Issue purchase orders and keep track of our suppliers in Asia.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight brokers, and quality inspectors to meet deadlines.
- Negotiate prices and timelines in a respectful yet assertive manner.
- Research and connect with new suppliers to enhance our offerings.
- Resolve unexpected challenges as they arise.
- Assist with custom orders for our major clients.
- Maintain the integrity and efficiency of our supply chain.

What You'll Learn
- The process of injection-molded packaging production.
- Insights into global manufacturing dynamics (tooling, quality control, freight, timelines).
- Negotiation techniques with suppliers.
- Skills in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and forecasting.
- How to navigate complex production workflows.
